1.The Guidance Center assists and directs students toward those studies for which they are best suited. New students, especially those who have not yet decided on specified areas of studies, are advised to seek the services of the Guidance Center before starting on a study program.

2.The following are the services offered by the Guidance Center:

2.2.Entrance interviews

2.3.Orientation

2.4.Individual inventory

2.5.Testing and test interpretation

2.6.Counseling

2.7.Referrals

2.8.Disciplinary session

2.9.Assistance in personal, social, and academic needs, problems and concerns

3.All freshmen students and transferees are enjoined to see the guidance counselor at least once a semester for information on educational, social, and personal programs and activities. 

4.The Guidance Center also aids the students in addressing problems such as adjusting to city life, request for tutorship, overcoming academic and other deficiencies/obstacles, and coping with the demands of college life through various groups and individual counseling programs.

5.The Guidance Center also administers tests evaluating aptitudes, personality traits, special interests and intelligence quotient (IQ).
